Michael has been helping individuals and families build wealth through real estate for over 20 years. He owned a mortgage company for 18+ years, before joining Fairway Independent Mortgage.
He is connected with some of the best financial professionals (financial planners, CPAs, insurance agents, etc.) in the area, giving his clients and referral partners access to help put them on a better financial path.
He has been married for 19 years and has 3 athletic, energetic kids. When not spending time with his family or at work, he can usually be found on a basketball court. He’s a head high school basketball coach and the President of a youth basketball organization in the area.
Melissa Maag

Melissa is our go-to client expert for luxury market insights and serves as an in-house genius for consultative marketing, strategic partnerships, event planning, and communications to real estate and financial professionals.
A 3rd generation Oregon native, Melissa serves on the boards for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and HOME Foundation (Oregon Association of Realtors). She is involved with Community Warehouse, Wilson High School and the Southern Oregon University Alumni Association.
She is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Oregon.

Shannon has nearly 20 years in the industry with vast experience across most loan types. She’s, essentially, a loan wizard with a super-power to make the crazy loan process easy as pie for people who only do this once every 5-7 years.
She loves that there’s *just enough* difference in each borrower’s files for things not to get too boring
and it allows her to put on her problem-solving hat constantly.
